The Irregular Warfare Initiative (IWI) and ESOC will host a panel on “Disentangling the Gordian Knot of Irregular Warfare,” examining IW from atypical areas such as counternarcotics and stabilizations operations among others. IWI Fellows Deputy Director Erin McFee will lead this event featuring James Saenz, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Counternarcotics and Stabilization Policy.
