Kristen DeCaires Gall is the assistant director for the Empirical Studies of Conflict Project. Prior to ESOC, she’s served in various public health initiatives and research administration programs, including the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), Relief International, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Baylor College of Medicine. She’s conducted field research and program evaluations in the U.S. and Myanmar for refugee populations, emergency response, and maternal child health projects.   She holds a master in public health from the University of Texas, a B.A. in international studies from Austin College, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
