Elsa Voytas is a Ph.D. student in Princeton's Politics department in the fields of international relations and comparative politics. Elsa's research interests are conflict resolution and development, and she has worked as a research assistant for Jacob Shapiro. Prior to coming to Princeton, Elsa worked for the US Mission to NATO, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Justice. B.A. International Relations and Economics (with Honors) summa cum laude.
