Abstract: 

The Pakistan Integrated Household Survey (PIHS) was conducted jointly by the Federal Bureau of Statistics (FBS) of Pakistan, Government of Pakistan, and the World Bank in 1991. The nationwide survey gathered individual and household level data ranging from housing conditions, education, health, employment, migration, fertility, and credit and savings, and household. In 1999, the PIHS was integrated with the Household Integrated Economic Survey (HIES). The data are available at Princeton University Data and Statistical Service () for currently enrolled or employed members of Princeton University. The FBS publications can also be purchased from the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics website ().
